At a very young age I found my “why” which was to be able to inspire and motivate other people to achieve their personal fitness goals. My certifications include Personal Training as well as a Specialist in Fitness Nutrition. I have completed two years at the University of Waterloo studying Kinesiology as well as graduated from Humber College with a Fitness & Health Promotion Diploma.
