WHat is happening that day - your schedule

Currently, here is the schedule we will be adhering to:

7:00am-9:00am breakfast

10:15 AM-10:30 AM active coffee break

12:00 PM-01:00 PM Lunch

02:30 PM-02:45 PM Coffee Break

06:00 PM-08:00 PM Sunhill Personal Dinner

Coaching will commence from 9;30am and continue till 5:00pm

there will be 45min of activity at white oaks facility: time TBD

What Do I need to bring? - here is what you need below

- Laptop, tablet, computer, or book to take personal notes

*Please note: Your own personal workbook will be given to you*

- pair of running shoes for fitness, and workout attire

- towel and toiletries for showering

- portable bag/gym bag(can be stored in lockers or in meeting space)

-change of clothes for dinner and change of casual clothes for breathwork

is an overnight stay required? - overnight stay is not required

White Oaks Resort has offered a corporate discount for those who want to stay overnight(if travelling from afar) but a stay is not required and you may leave after dinner! If you want to stay overnight, please reach out to us via the question form below so we can make sure you get the special rate for the rooms.

What is the dress code? - here it is below

Truthfully, You know we dont care at all, Just a heads up that the event will be recorded though so we recommend business casual for the learning portion! Then you can change into fitness clother or casual clothes for the breathwork portion.
